24V New Buggy Sterring Motor

I am not happy with the support as in the first request I was told the part was out of stock. The second attempt I was told the part was no longer available for purchase. The third attempt I was guided e to purchase a part that would fit in the car; it happen to not fit at all. The forth attempt I was sent a new part that was exactly the same one that did not fit in the third attempt. I am still don’t have a solution and did not receive my money back from a purchase that I was wrongly guided to do. Yesterday I had a fifth attempt talking with a Tech that mentioned understand the issue and will send me another part that may fit.
