24V 2WD/4WD/PRO Can Am Complete Battery

When both new batteries are fully charged and pressing the start button, while the car is sitting idle there's a whirring sound coming from the battery area

Honestly I was going to email you because they do not seem to be charging properly. I checked over everything but they are not seeming to get fully charged where the charger turns green
