24V HLY8888 Go Kart Front Wheels

STAY AWAY!!!! the guy called me to clear up that, that what he sent was a front tire. I however understood and apologized.. I told him that the tires were still wrong from.what i was looking for ( because their site dont have measurements on products). He said we'll do whatever we can to help you get the right tires " BUT NO REFUNDS "... he said to send him pictures of the original tire and go cart and they'll look for .. so I did just as he asked and now I've not heard anything else from them.. they do have a return policy that states it must be returned before 14 days but read it all because at the bottom it says no refunds on wrong parts ordered.. parts that do not fit or extra parts you have.... so basically you cant get a refund period!

After about 2 hours they finally emailed me back. As usually they're claiming now that the tires are still front even sending a photo of the tire compared to a different size tire saying its the front and rear.. however like I told them.. that may I need be a front tire but it is still "NOT" the front tire that i ordered off of the site.. again after sending them photo after photo and screen shot after screenshot of the one off theor website that I ordered but did not get. Their still just avoiding the fact that they messed up on their end and are not doing anything to try to fix it.. no matter how much proof I send them that they're wrong!!

Ordered these tires and 10 days later they arrived only to open the box and see its rear tires not front tires.. I emailed them regarding the issue last night 10/27/2026 and someone said they will send out the correct tires this morning 10/28/2026 along with tracking info.. well hours later a new email came from them sending me a screwn shot of wjat is Ordered and said I got the correct item.. even after I provided pictures of the rear wheels that I received... not only that the person emailing me called the tires batteries 🤯 .. so far right now im in an ongoing dispute through email right with them trying to get this fixed.. reasons like this is probably why they don't have an actual phone number listed... but if they dont get it fixed im reaching out to my bank to dispute it and doing what I can to report them to the better business bureau and so on and so forth

Very disappointed the parts didn’t fit and they won’t accept returns for a refund. Caution all buyers.
