Trying to initiate a return - no response to multiple emails. Guess after 14 days it won't matter - outside their allowable window

We had lost the remote control for our Granddaughter's jeap. After one email I placed the order on a Monday and had it in my hands on Saturday. I expected to pay a lot to replace it, but was surprised by a $25 fee that included shipping. The girls are so happy and so are we. I highly recommend this company.
